- It has a private Garden and Lawn area which is Massive and covered with Grass. Outdoor dining and Barbeque can also be arranged.

- Living area has a 65" Smart TV with Neflix and other OTT apps installed. Wifi is available at the Villa.

- There is also a Speaker with Karaoke Mike for a good music session. 

- Bond with your folks over board games or have a friendly snooker match. The home also has a small cricket turf. 

- It has a Huge Cabana on Top specially made for the families to sit and have a great time. You have a great view of the Entire Villa from the Cabana.

- Our Chef prepares amazing Meals Veg/Non-Veg.

- In this fully-staffed, elderly-friendly villa, all 4 bedrooms are on the ground level; 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the other 2 rooms have an attached bathroom (just next to the room). Each space embraces contemporary design, cozy furnishings, and handpicked accessories.

Things you need to Know :

- All of our bedrooms are air-conditioned. However, the cool weather all year round is the perfect excuse to not install ACs in the living room.

- A part of the road falling 10-15 minutes before the home is bumpy.

- Outside meals are not allowed in the home.

- Barbeque can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per person (Veg & Non-Veg).

- Although 16 people guests can have a comfortable stay, there would be some adjustments needed.
