The interiors, which include rattan furniture, elegant wooden accents, and carefully chosen areas that create a serene and elegant atmosphere, masterfully blend natural textures with vintage-inspired features. Visitors can enjoy custom dining experiences, relax in the tranquil tropical surroundings, and rest by the pool amidst beautiful flora.
Villa provides the ideal mix of leisure and adventure and is situated near Alibaug's well-known beaches and picturesque pathways. The villa promises a sophisticated retreat where tranquility and sophistication blend together seamlessly with its attentive service, carefully chosen experiences, and opulent accommodations.

Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.
View Experiences- The villa is home to an abundance of vintage artifacts and paintings. Guests are requested to be careful around them.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the lawn area only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Please note that there is no AC in the open living room.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas of the property.
- This is a standalone property.
- There property houses two friendly Indie dogs - Kalu and Lola for security purposes.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours. Additionally, the inverter can support all appliances excluding the ACs for up to 2 hours.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- Please note that guests are not allowed to pluck the fruits from the orchards.
- Guests do not have access to the basement room.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
