Approximately 5 km. away from Kihim beach, this villa has everything you would need for a sun-kissed getaway, be it the huge oval-shaped swimming pool or the vast, beautiful lawns complete with cane chairs. Whilst, the spacious indoor spaces serve as the ideal sanctuary after a day spent outdoors. Retire in the comfortable bedrooms boasting modern furnishings, lounge in the drawing-room and take home a bag of memories!

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Only families are allowed.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking hookah is strictly prohibited.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Consumption or reheating of non-vegetarian food is strictly not allowed.
- All-male groups and all-female groups are not allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- There are several CCTV cameras on the premises of the property for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours and the inverter can support a few lights and fans for up to 3 hours. The diesel for the generator will be charged as per actuals.
- Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors after 10 PM, given the presence of insects and bugs around.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- There is a friendly dog residing on the premises of the property.
- The living room is not equipped with an AC.
- Kindly note that the trampoline is only accessible to children.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
