View Experiences- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support the lights, fans, WiFi and refrigerator for up to 8 hours, while the 20 KVA generator can support all the appliances.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- WiFi access with 25 Mbps speed is offered, however, it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile connectivity will be only available out on the lawn. However, WiFi is available throughout the house.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
