This unique abode which was inspired by the homeowner's travel tales around Spain also features a tinge of Bali décor that adds to its opulence and grandeur. Please note that this is a pure vegetarian villa, and only vegetarian food is permitted on the premises. Grab a book and immerse yourself in the literary world while sipping your mug of tea, as this place has peace flowing out of every nook and crevice! And what's more? Your late evening soirées can become even more spectacular with a breathtaking backdrop of the setting sun. Make endless memories and keep them forever in your treasure trove at this aptly named house abounding with calm and tranquillity.

- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
- Guests do not have access to the first floor of the property.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed everywhere in the villa except the pool. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- In consideration of the property's location, guests are kindly advised to be mindful of the presence of bugs and insects, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.
- The caretaker resides outside the premises of the property.
- All male groups are not permitted in the property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- In case of a power failure, the 25 KVA generator will supply electricity for 7-8 hours.
- This is not a wheel-chair friendly property.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
