LTM421 lives up to its name and provides a distinctive and tranquil haven in Alibaug, nestled on a picturesque farm. The entire home is encircled by a lovely grass as soon as you arrive. As soon as you enter, the stunning wooden facade captivates you and mixes in well with the wooden accents. The interiors have a rustic appeal and are equally impressive.
You can move from relaxing to swimming with ease thanks to the large living room's direct access to the pool and jacuzzi. However, the piece de resistance is the terrace, which, as its name suggests, allows you to experience LTM421. A swing and a cozy lawn demonstrate the elegance and comfort of the space.

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- There is a fire extinguisher available for emergencies.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in the villa. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- This is a standalone property.
- The caretaker outside the premises of the same property.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any insects or bugs due to the villa location.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. External DJ is not allowed.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the lights & fans for up to 3 hours.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
