Evenings come alive with alfresco dining (on request) experiences under the stars, while days are best spent relaxing by the refreshing pool. Guests can also enjoy a range of board games, a dedicated games area, fitness facilities, and spa services (on request), ensuring relaxation and entertainment for everyone.
Villa embodies the relaxed spirit of Alibaug with its flawless fusion of comfort, leisure, and outdoor life, making it the perfect location for an unforgettable and restorative getaway. A gazebo, lovely sit-outs, well designed gardens, and lush lawns provide the ideal environment for leisurely mornings and leisurely chats.

Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.

- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator and an inverter can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Outside vendors are not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property from 9 am to 10 pm.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
