The quaint entrance, which features a swing, a water fountain, and an inside courtyard, creates a relaxing atmosphere for this secluded retreat. As you make plans for the day, enjoy the mornings with the sun beaming brightly through the huge windows. The patio is ideal for a quiet night of stargazing, and the private pool, which has a large variety of relaxing spaces, is always available to you. The lawns and gardens are tastefully maintained, and there is a gazebo with comfortable outside sitting.

- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests are requested to shut all windows and doors during the evenings, as the property may be prone to insects.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- There is a friendly dog residing on the premises of the property.
- The Jacuzzi is currently under maintenance and will be unavailable for use until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
