Overview
Alibaug's Villa is a member of the second kind. This 5-bedroom estate, nestled in the peaceful hills of Saral, started off as afamily's dream to create a haven influenced by time, light, and land. It feels more like a peaceful escape from the outside world now than a villa. The first glance comes slowly. The house appears as thoughit grew out of the slope, the trees open, and the road twists. Using stone, wood, and broad bars of glass that bring the landscape inside, Architecture Brio created villa to move with the landscape rather than stand apart from it. The interiors are solid and cozy. A sense of calm familiarity is created by handcrafted textures, gentle earth tones, and spacious areas.

- A Mandatory security deposit of Rs. 25,000 will be collected at the time of check-in
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- Guests are advised to carry preferred snacks and beverages, as sourcing items during the stay may be limited.
- In case of a power outage, the solar power and genset can provide backup.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
