If quality time with loved ones is what you’re seeking, the beautiful living area, the outdoor dining area or the independent entertainment room make for ideal settings. The semi-open lounge on the first floor is where you can curl up with a book, catch up on those emails or even play fun board games. Watch the clouds float by as you sip your morning cuppa on the balcony after an incredible night’s sleep in the most comfortable bedrooms.

View Experiences- The villa has CCTV cameras at the entrance, kitchen, outdoor common areas and the garden area for security purposes.
- Incase of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Weddings and bachelor parties are not permitted at the villa.
- Guests are requested not to enter the living area directly from the pool before drying off.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
