View Experiences- There are CCTV cameras installed in the common areas (swimming pool, main gate, villa entrance) for security purposes.
- The heated pool can be used at an additional cost of Rs.12000 per day. Guests are requested to inform us about availing of this service 24 hours prior to their arrival.
- The caretaker stays at the premises of the same property.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Smoking and drinking is allowed outdoors only.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please wear proper swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Children must be supervised all the time while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
- Please note that the kitchen must be left in the same condition as it was during the time of check-in.
- In case it is left messy/dirty, a rental charge of the next day will be levied.
- Stags are not allowed at the property.
- Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season.
- Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
