LTM539 is a large vacation house with huge outside areas, rich flora, and breathtaking vistas that makes for a tranquil retreat. The large white facade is complemented by the clean, simple interiors. This five-bedroom house has a terrace, a well-kept lawn with swings and other outdoor furniture, and a living area that is fit for a lounge. It obviously presents itself as the ideal vacation house for a restful escape!

- Guests are advised to be cautious, given the presence of snakes, frogs and bats around.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- The interiors of the property are wheelchair accessible, however, there are 10 steps leading up to the villa.
- In case of a power outage, a generator is available.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Cellular networks may be spotty, however, guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
