View Experiences- Please note that a path, approximately 1.5 km, leading up to the villa may not be a concrete road, and might be damaged due to adverse weather conditions.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture all the entrances.
- In case of a power outage, a 62.5 KVA generator is available to support all appliances for up to 8 hours. One tank of diesel will be provided, however, guests will have to bear the cost of any additional diesel that may be needed.
- The caretaker stays on the premises.
- Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel and Vi work fairly well here.
- We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your holiday, however, please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Only trained dogs are allowed in the villa.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the villa and staff with the same respect and care as they would their own home and personal staff. A lot of effort has been put into making this home into a lovely space to be enjoyed by guests.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
