A private pool with an open deck and a well-kept grass with cozy sit-outs for leisurely get-togethers and peaceful times are located in the center of the villa. The terrace is the ideal place to relax on quiet evenings because it opens up to expansive views.
In addition to providing indoor and board games for extra leisure, Villa is built for comfort and leisurely living. The villa promises a stay steeped in simplicity, relaxation, and quiet enjoyment with its serene environment and well designed interiors.

- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator and inverter can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Outside vendors are not allowed.
- There is no EV charging facility here due to electrical safety risks.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
