- Occupancy Limit: Stick to the stated occupancy limit. Extra guests incur an extra charge per person per night if within the villa\s capacity.
- Identification: Provide Government IDs for all guests at check-in.
- Resource Conservation: Conserve water and electricity to combat climate change.
- Neighbor Courtesy: Keep noise levels low especially after 10 PM to respect our neighbors\ peace.
- Linens & Security: Linens changed every 2-3 days. Per Villa ₹20000 refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
- Smoking & Pets: Smoking is allowed only on balconies. Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Staff Rest: Staff require 10 hours of rest per day retiring to their rooms from 1 AM to 7 AM. Differs villa to villa.
- Pool Maintenance: A ₹25000 cleaning charge applies for pool contamination.
- Furniture & Decorations: Indoor furniture must remain inside. Avoid decorations that may cause damage.
- Prohibited Items: No flammables explosives or strong-smelling objects are allowed.
- Illegal Activities: We strictly prohibit drugs and any illegal activities on the premises.
- Parties/Events: No parties or events are allowed. Small gatherings with prior permission only.
- Quiet Hours: Music indoors only between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Pool Safety: No lifeguard on duty; guests are responsible for pool safety.
- Furniture Use by Pool: Dry off completely before using poolside furniture.
- Towel Usage: Reuse towels to conserve water.
- If a booking is cancelled at any time after confirmation, a 95% refund of the total booking amount will be provided. A 5% service charge will be deducted.
- If the booking is cancelled 45 days or more before the check-in date, a 75% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- If the booking is cancelled 35 to 44 days before the check-in date, a 45% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- No refund / Modification / Amendment will be applicable for cancellations made less than 35 days before the check-in date.
- Please note that bookings made for peak dates, festive periods, and long weekends are non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation date.
- Refund will be processed in 5-7 working days.
