With bedrooms that offer balconies with expansive views, the interior is a luxurious and comfortable retreat. Another area for relaxing is the living room, which is close to the pool, so swimming and relaxing are both quite easy! Savor a lovely meal in the dining room under the stars with your loved ones for the ideal day at this villa in Igatpuri. LTM311 is an experience in and of itself, not just a villa.

- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays near the premises of the same property and is available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- This property is a part of a gated community.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
