- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exteriors only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of bugs and insects and keep the windows shut in the evening.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- This is standalone property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the exteriors of the property for security purposes.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Please note that there is no Wi-Fi connection at the property.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the 63 KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 12 hours.
- The last 200 m. stretch of road leading to the property might not be concrete, especially in the monsoon season.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- The property is located in a secluded area.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
