The villa is ideal for leisurely mornings, sunset get-togethers, and peaceful evenings in the outdoors thanks to its cozy sit-outs, open swings, and large recreational areas. It promises a genuinely peaceful and unforgettable getaway amid picturesque valley and lakeside vistas, yet it's only a few hours from the city.

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM
- Incase of a power outage, there is a generator that can support all appliances for up to 24 hours.
- It is mandatory for guests to wear appropriate swimming attire in the pool and shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The caretaker and staff stay on the premises of the same property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture all the common areas for security purposes.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- The last 1.5 km. leading up to the villa resembles a hilly terrain and might not be suitable for pregnant women. Guests are advised to remain cautious.
- The openness of the property reflects throughout the home, including a few bathrooms that do not have doors.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
