A lovely gazebo and other sit-outs on various levels create tranquil areas for unwinding, chatting, and spending time with loved ones. Villa provides a genuinely unforgettable getaway by the water by fusing elegance, comfort, and breathtaking scenery.

Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.
View Experiences- The home theatre is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- The theatre will be operated and supervised by the on-site caretaker, guests will not have direct access to operate the system.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- This is a standalone property.
- In consideration of the property's location, guests are kindly advised to be mindful of the presence of bugs and insects, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work perfectly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the 62.5 KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours. Alternatively, the inverter can provide backup for up to 4 hours.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- The property is located in a secluded area.
- While the road to this property may wind along a narrow and non-concrete path, the rewards are truly extraordinary as a breathtaking view unfurls before your eyes, making the journey unquestionably worthwhile.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
