This is a pure vegetarian villa, thoughtfully designed to offer a serene and family-friendly retreat amidst nature.
The highlight is the stunning indoor pool with a walkover bridge, resembling a serene springwater lake and allowing guests to enjoy a refreshing swim in all weather conditions. Perfect for private getaways or events, the spacious covered terrace offers breathtaking views and year-round usability.

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- The caretaker and host reside on the premises of the property and will be available from 9 AM to 7 PM.
- This is a standalone property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the 35 KVA generator can support all lights, ACs, and fans. Alternatively, the 5 KVA inverter can support 1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
