- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- This is a standalone property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are allowed.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to cook, but for reheating purposes only
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time
- Mobile networks such as Airtel work fairly here.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
