This villa, which is situated in the verdant Karjat region,combines earthy, grounded design elements with nature-led construction to create a space that seems both modern and rooted in its surroundings.
Its private pool with a large deck full of loungers is the highlight; it's perfect for leisurely evenings outside. The living areas are extended outdoors by a well-kept lawn with lovely sit-outs. Board games, indoor entertainment alternatives, and a projection system that turns nights into cinematic experiences are all available to visitors inside.
Constructed as a hillside retreat for families and groups, Villa embodies a concept of laid-back luxury—where leisure, intelligent design, and unobstructed vistas seamlessly blend together.

- In case of a power outage, the generator and inverter can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food is allowed.
- Outside vendors are not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This is a standalone property
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
