View Experiences- No unregistered guests or visitors will be allowed at the premises. Only pre-informed and approved guests would be allowed.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Please leave your footwear outside the entrance.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Use of sketch pens, geometrical objects or any drawing material is not allowed in the living area.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- This is a pure veg property. Cooking, heating, storing or ordering-in non vegetarian food including eggs is not allowed.
- A mandatory, refundable security deposit of Rs. 25,000 will be collected at the time booking.
- Pets are not allowed. However, exceptions may be considered upon request
- This is a pure veg property. Heating or ordering non-vegetarian food, including eggs, is allowed. Cooking and storing are not allowed.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
