Entertainment options abound with a pool table, music system, BBQ setup, bonfire, and indoor/ outdoor games. Please note that the BBQ setup and bonfire facilities are available at an additional charge.
The property also includes a charming gazebo, a stylish bar area, and ample outdoor sitting spaces to take in the scenic views. Security is a priority with CCTV surveillance and on-site personnel, along with ample parking for your convenience. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying the picturesque views, this villa promises a perfect blend of luxury and leisure.

- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- For security purposes, CCTV cameras are installed covering the external areas and the living room.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
