View Experiences- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 6 hours.
- 200 metres leading up to the villa is rocky.
- Guests are requested to be careful around the artefacts.
- Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Vi and Airtel work fairly well.
- Loud music is not allowed post 11 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only indoors.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Only male groups are not allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that there is construction work going on near the premises of the property.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
