- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Please keep noise level to a minimum. Playing loud music is not allowed.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the plunge pool.
- The air-conditioner in one of the rooms may cause some disturbance.
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the plunge pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
