LTM336 first offering of an art themed villa. All the artworks and installations in Villa resonate with the theme of Indian and sacred geometry. The mesmerizing art pieces are designed to elevate the energy of the home and provide our guests with an extraordinary stay! One loo k at the space tells you how creatively it has been put together, and every detail is very unique from scratch and has been created by our in house d esigners, artists, and sculptors. Access to paddle ball facilities is available at an additional cost.

- Guests are requested to be cautious around the pool area as the floor may be slippery due to monsoons and other weather conditions
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and the external areas for security purposes.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- Kindly do not touch any sculptures or paintings.
- The wooden cabana might not be available during monsoon season.
- In case of a power outage, a generator is available.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same villa.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
