A generator back-up and fire extinguisher ensure a safe and comfortable stay, while daily housekeeping keeps the villa pristine, with fresh sheets, towels, and toiletries provided. Please note that this is a pure vegetarian villa, and only vegetarian food is permitted on the property. A dedicated caretaker and security team, along with CCTV, add to your peace of mind. Outdoor sitting areas, a private garden, and plenty of parking make the villa ideal for unwinding, while the music system and indoor/outdoor games offer entertainment for all. This villa’s elevated position provides stunning views, creating a serene retreat surrounded by nature.

- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Consumption or cooking of non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited at the villa.
- For bookings with fewer than 6 guests, meals can be arranged only under chef services.
- A chef charge of ₹5,000 + taxes will apply, and the cost of raw materials will be charged as per actuals. Per-head meal pricing can be offered only for bookings of 6 guests or more.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary internet dongle. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas for security purposes.
- During monsoons, there may be slight leakage in the villa
- Please note that there is power back up available at the villa. However, power cuts are rare.
- Guests are requested to park their vehicle outside the villa.
- The caretaker resides near the villa, in the staff quarters.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
