- These include the monsoon season, fluctuations in electricity supply, or potential power outages from the local electricity provider (MCSB). During such instances, guests may not have access to the heated pool facility.
- Kindly be aware that while our villa provides heated pool amenities, however, there are certain circumstances that may affect its availability.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All-male groups & all-female groups are not allowed. The property only hosts families as guests.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Please note that the living room is not equipped with an AC.
- Personal chefs/cooks are not allowed.
- Incase of a power outage, a generator is available.
- Unmarried couples and groups of friends are not allowed to book the property either.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
