- Drivers are not permitted to stay inside the villa or within the premises.
- If required, driver accommodation can be arranged at a nearby resort with prior notice, at the guest’s expense.
- Meals for staff and drivers can be arranged at an additional charge equivalent to that of an adult.
- Bookings without meals are not available. All stays must include meals to ensure a seamless experience
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property, however, there are 2 steps leading up to the villa
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Make use of the bedrooms to retire at night. Living room sofas must not be utilised for the same.
- Kindly take off your footwear outside the villa.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- There is a heated swimming pool, not a Jacuzzi, so hot water may be subject to availability.
- All guest IDs need to be shared in advance.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
