Please note that this is a pure vegetarian villa, and only vegetarian food is permitted on the premises.Villa provides a luxurious and remarkable stay, whether you're here for a romantic retreat with your significant other, a family vacation, or a party with friends. The design is a picture-perfect getaway from the daily since it combines characteristics of luxury, style, and elegance. - The stay is a part of a gated society.
- In case of a power outage, a generator is available.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and the swimming pool for security purposes.
- Cooking and consumption of non vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Kindly note that kids pool is not operational.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
