- Outside food or ordering from the nearest restaurant is not allowed.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Reheating of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Swimming in the lake is strictly not allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Smoking indoors, especially in the living area and bedrooms, is not permitted.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Guests are requested to remove their footwear before entering the villa.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Since the villa is surrounded by forest and trees, there may be insects in the evening.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 24 hours.
- There is a rough patch leading up to the villa.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living room for security purposes.
- There are friendly dogs, hens and cows residing at the property.
- Guests are requested to not shift the living room furniture and bedroom furniture. In case guests require extra furniture, they may ask the caretaker for the same.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- The living room is not equipped with an AC.
- Meals are not allowed in the living area and may only be enjoyed in the designated al fresco dining area.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
