Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.
View Experiences- The location of the villa is secluded.
- This is not a pet-friendly property or a wheelchair-friendly property.
- Guests are requested not to pluck fruits from the lawn. A penalty of Rs. 500 per fruit will apply in case of violation
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 10 hours.
- Visitors are generally not permitted. However, with prior approval, they may be allowed for an additional charge.
- Playing in the lawn area is strictly not allowed.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- The wardrobes are locked and are not accessible to the guests.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- There is a smart TV which is not connected to a set-top box.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Accommodation for your personal staff can be provided at an additional cost.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
