- Guests are advised to carry essential goods on their way to the property as the market is at a distance.
- The villa is located in a secluded location. It is located on the outskirts of Pune and is 2 hours away from the city centre. Additionally, it is 18 kms from Talegaon MIDC.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the 15 KVA generator can support fans and lights for up to 6 hours.
- This property is wheelchair friendly for people with mobility challenges.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
