- The glass door area/room is not accessible to guests during their stay.
- Please note that construction is ongoing in and around the property, which may result in disruptions and inconvenience.
- Guests do not have access to the theatre room.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only outdoors. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Loud music is allowed till 10 pm only.
- Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel and Vi work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- In case of a power outage, there is power backup.
- There are 6 rooms in the property, however guests do not have access to the 6th room.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
