The house has roomy living spaces, modern décor, and a sizable private pool that's ideal for relaxing on sunny days. There is plenty of room to unwind, take in the fresh air, and take in the tranquil surroundings on a large, lush lawn with a lovely gazebo.
Barbecue evenings(On Request), outdoor eating under the stars, and cozy bonfire get-togethers that produce lifelong memories can enhance visitors' stay. Villa guarantees a revitalizing and unforgettable stay in Lonavala, whether it's a weekend getaway or a nature-filled family holiday.

- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
