The large pool offers a refreshing retreat, where you can unwind with a calming dip.
Adjacent to the pool is a charming gazebo, an ideal spot to relax and watch the shifting colors of Lonavala's skies. For evening entertainment, enjoy a game at the pool table or simply bask in the beauty of the expansive lawn, stretching out before you as far as the eye can see.

- Please note that consuming and ordering of outside meals is not allowed at the property.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa.
- Guests are requested to be aware of bugs and insects owing to the location of the property which is surrounded by forest.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the villa and is available till 10 PM.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the exterior areas of the property for security purposes.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the 45 KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 6 hours. Additionally, there is a 5 KVA inverter that can support all fans and lights for up to 4 hours.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
