Please note that this is a pure vegetarian villa, and only vegetarian food is permitted on the premises.
The well-kept grass, with its attractive gazebo and stunning sit-outs, provides the ideal location for relaxing, While a private pool beckons you to take in the cool mountain air. A variety of board games indoors provide a little amusement and fun for spending time with loved ones. Make every evening as memorable as the day by congregating around a roaring bonfire and indulging in a delicious barbecue as night falls.

- The road leading up to the villa is concrete. You can drive all the way up to the entrance.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the DG can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food would only be allowed if it is ordered from outside.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
