- Additionally, a 25KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 22 hour.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- A baby bassinet can be provided upon demand.
- The staff members stay on the premises of the same property.
- In case of a power outage, the 3.5KVA inverter can support all the appliances except for the AC and water heater for up to 14 hours.
- Guests are requested to keep all the windows shut during the evenings as a preventive measure as the property may be prone to insects and bugs.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- Pets are not allowed on the beds.
- There are 2 friendly dogs residing at the property.
- This is not a wheelchair friendly property.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik.
- The caretaker will not travel to the market to purchase any guest requirements.
- Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.
- The living room is not equipped with an AC.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
