Explore this exquisite property, which exudes individuality in every nook and cranny, behind the enchanting fountain facade and lavish French windows. The open floor layout of this house is still wonderfully separated by the portico arches and wooden beams, and the large windows have been redesigned to provide all the conveniences of being in close proximity to nature. Please note that this is a pure vegetarian villa, and only vegetarian food is permitted on the property. Don't be shocked by the faintly revitalizing scent of fresh mango orchards, as Villa is surrounded by a mango farm. With so much greenery all around, taking a leisurely walk around the property while sipping a delicious brew is a tranquil way to begin the day.

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- Given that the villa is surrounded by nature, insects/bugs are prone to be there during monsoon. Guests are requested to keep windows shut at night.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Outside food is not allowed at the property.
- Jio/VI mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours.
- Guests do not have access to the mango farm from April to June as these are crucial months for the crops. However, access to rest of the lawn area will remain unrestricted.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- The road leading up to the villa is difficult during the monsoon only. SUVs/vehicles with high ground clearance suggested.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- The last 2 km stretch of road is not suitable for low ground clearance vehicles , as it is undeveloped.
- The same stretch becomes muddy during the rainy season, making it difficult to reach the villa.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
