Villa is a serene rural hideaway close to Nashik that is ideal for leisurely getaways. It is situated against serene lake vistas and open skies. The home, which is surrounded by beautiful foliage, has large outside areas and comfortable sit-out areas where visitors can relax and take in the peace of nature.
The home is perfect for both short visits and long getaways because of its cozy interiors, tastefully furnished areas, and few workstations. Board games, indoor hobbies, and enjoyable karaoke sessions with loved ones bring evenings to life.
Al fresco meals, BBQ evenings, and campfire get-togethers beneath the sky are just a few of the carefully planned activities available to visitors on request. Villa is ideal for small gatherings, family vacations, and unforgettable rural getaways because of its roomy location and cozy atmosphere.

- In case of a power outage, the generator and inverter can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Outside vendors are not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The host stays on the premises of the same property from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- This property is a part of a gated community.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
