- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please be mindful of the surroundings and keep the noise to a minimum at all times.
- Guests have access to the pool till 9 PM.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Carrying food/drinks in and around the pool is strictly not allowed.
- Guests are advised to keep all doors and windows shut throughout the day owing to the presence of bugs and insects around.
- Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- The living room is not equipped with an AC.
- Guests are requested to shut the windows and doors during the evenings, especially during monsoon, given the presence of insects and bugs around.
- Please be mindful of the surroundings and keep the noise to a minimum at all times.
- Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel and Vi work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances except for the refrigerator and AC for up to 4 hours.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
