Thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass components that perfectly blend the indoors and outside, the house boasts elegant living and dining spaces that are flooded with natural light. The center of the villa is a private pool with a large deck and cozy sit-outs, making it the perfect place to relax and take in the tranquil surroundings.
In addition to a sizable multipurpose hall ideal for get-togethers, parties, and team activities, guests may enjoy a dedicated leisure room with pool tables and poker. Large balconies, well-thought-out decor, and roomy bedrooms round out the experience. Barbecue dinners and leisurely moments (On Request) by the pool make every visit at Villa genuinely memorable.

- All-male groups are not allowed.
- There is no Wi-Fi at this property, which only means that the stage is set to unplug from the virtual world and reconnect with the physical one.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Outside food is not allowed at the villa.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings, especially during the monsoon season, given the presence of insects and bugs around.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 to 8 hours.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
