- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit can be paid in cash at the villa during check-in.
- Upon reaching the location pin, continue straight until you see signage for Villa.
- Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
- The 1st and 2nd bedrooms are on the first floor with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and an attached living area. Ideal for larger groups.
- We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 PM.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to report such activities to the local authorities.
- Smoking within the villa or rooms is strictly prohibited.
- The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children must always be supervised by adults when using the pool.
- The approach road has uneven patches, so we advise driving carefully, especially during monsoons
- Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
- As per government regulations, every guest above 18 years must carry a valid, government-approved photo ID with address. Only Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Passport are accepted.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of house rules may result in refusal of booking or termination of stay without refund, at the discretion of management.
- Security Deposit: ₹ 5000 per room.
- Please note that all bookings are strictly non-refundable.
