- Please note that there is no AC in the living room.
- In case of a power outage, the 1 KVA inverter can support all fans, lights, and TV for up to 4 hours. Additionally, there is a Genset as well for power backup.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas of this property for security purposes.
- The stay is a part of a gated society.
- The caretaker stays near the premises of the property.
- The kitchen strictly prohibits the storage or preparation of non-veg. food. For disposal of the same, they will be provided with disposables.
- Please note that the pool is placed along the lawn which faces the main entrance from the road.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
