This vacation house is an adventure in and of itself, with its pure pinewood ceilings and authentic wood furnishings. The large outdoor areas include a beautiful grass with more than 65 different plant types, a private plunge pool, and plenty of alfresco eating areas for enjoying delicious meals while taking in the stunning surroundings.

- The location of the villa is secluded.
- This is a pet-friendly property, but only small breed dogs or puppies are allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep the noise to a minimum after 10 PM as per the Noise Pollution Act.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and exteriors of the property for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 72 hours.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available from 7 AM to 10:30 PM.
- A baby bassinet can be provided on demand.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking and hookah are allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- All male and female groups are allowed.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
