Every evening, the skies are splattered in vibrant hues which must be experienced in person, whilst you swing away all your worries The indoor spaces are nothing but immaculate; each room exudes a distinc character of its own. From the drawing room to the bedrooms, each space is designed to emanate luxury.
The overwhelming choices of indulgent experiences will leave you spoilt be it the snug private mini-theatre room or the designatec games room that boasts every family game imaginable. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Please note that outside food is not allowed at the property.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Please note that EV chargers are not available at the property and guests are requested to charge at Public EV stations only. If guests are to use the villa sockets for EV charging an additional charge of Rs. 1500 for 3 hours only would be levied.
- Please note that any personal staff staying at the property will be counted as an extra person for which charges will be levied.
- The stay is a part of a gated society that houses Grande Belleza and Grande Montana.
- Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings given the presence of insects and bugs around.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Loudspeakers are not allowed outdoors. If not adhered to, a fine and penalty by the local authorities and police will be levied.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, pets are allowed at an additional charge of Rs. 5000.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
