If you're a wandering traveler in search of relaxation, adventure, or simply a reprieve from the usual, our immersive experiences are designed to cater to your desires. Whether it's a private celebration or an evening of bonfires and karaoke beneath the starry sky, we have something special just for you.

- The jacuzzi can be used for a maximum of 1 hour on any given day.
- Drinking is allowed at the villa.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The villa is a part of a gated society.
- The stream nearby is seasonal and may run dry at certain times of the year.
- Parking for 2 cars is available within the property, while 3 more cars can be parked outside.
- The property is located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra powered by MSEB. In case of power outages, the Genset can run up to 6 hours in total.
- Therefore, it'll be turned off after 2 hours for a duration of 2 hours so as to be used throughout the day.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
