The dining area has a large wooden table, adjustable in height, that seats 8 guests. Scattered around the villa are seafaring tidbits, a subtle nautical theme that’s knitted into every corner of the home. Packed with details, textures, and character, the villa is perfectly suited for a family get-together and close friends.
The bedrooms are uniquely designed, each with its own ensuite, two of which have bathtubs. There is a charming lounge area on the 1st floor that overlooks the dining area. Remote-controlled shutters bring the light in from the high-ceiling above, allowing sunlight to flood through the villa.

- Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed by the pool area, however you can play normal music inside the villa
- While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable
- No outside guests allowed without prior information
- All illegal activities are prohibited
- Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed
- Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements and yacht bookings can be done at additional cost.
- Any damage will be borne by you
- Please note that lunch service on the arrival and departure day is generally not included. However, if you inform us in advance, we will be happy to check the feasibility and update you accordingly based on availability and operational requirements.
- If a booking is cancelled at any time after confirmation, a 95% refund of the total booking amount will be provided. A 5% service charge will be deducted.
- If the booking is cancelled before 45 days of check-in date, a 75% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- If the booking is cancelled 35 to 44 days before the check-in date, a 45% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- No refund / Modification / Amendment will be applicable for cancellations made less than 35 days before the check-in date.
- Please note that bookings made for peak dates, festive periods, and long weekends are non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation date.
