Welcome to our luxurious villa boasting 5 ensuite bedrooms, each offering comfort and privacy. Additional convenience is provided by a common washroom with a shower. Gather with loved ones in the spacious dining area or unwind in the hall equipped with a TV for entertainment. Step outside to discover your private pool and outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxation. With three floors to explore, including a terrace featuring a bar counter, living room, and fully equipped kitchen, every moment promises luxury and convenience. A dedicated caretaker ensures your needs are met, while amenities such as an inverter and private parking enhance your stay. Additional guests are welcome for a fee, and extra beds can be provided upon request. Please note our check-in time is 2 PM and checkout is 11 AM. To maintain a pleasant environment, smoking is prohibited inside the villa, and proper swim attire is required for pool use.

- Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed by the pool area, however you can play normal music inside the villa
- While booking share exact number of guests, every additional guest above double occupancy will be chargeable
- No outside guests allowed without prior information
- All illegal activities are prohibited
- Smoking by the balconies, pool and open areas is allowed
- Airport transfers, Barbeque arrangements, Cook and yacht bookings can be done at additional costs
- Cook available at additional charges
- Any damage will be borne by you
- Please note that lunch service on the arrival and departure day is generally not included. However, if you inform us in advance, we will be happy to check the feasibility and update you accordingly based on availability and operational requirements.
- If a booking is cancelled at any time after confirmation, a 95% refund of the total booking amount will be provided. A 5% service charge will be deducted.
- If the booking is cancelled 45 days or more before the check-in date, a 75% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- If the booking is cancelled 35 to 44 days before the check-in date, a 45% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
- No refund / Modification / Amendment will be applicable for cancellations made less than 35 days before the check-in date.
- Please note that bookings made for peak dates, festive periods, and long weekends are non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation date.
- Refund will be processed in 5-7 working days.
